2 minutes by car from the city center, this house was completely renovated in June 2020 and classified 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, with all the necessary equipment for your comfort.

We welcome you to this large house surrounded by two large landscaped gardens with swimming pool, spa and large terrace.
You will appreciate its quality equipment, its decoration and its geographical location - in Amboise, close to the Loire châteaux.

Ideal for a family stay.

Built in the 15th and 17th centuries, this house was notably the property of Geneviève Dehelly (contemporary pianist of Francis Poulenc).
We offer this family house for rent, in the heart of Amboise, to which the owners are very attached.
For these reasons, it cannot be rented as part of festive events. Thank you for your understanding.

The house has 5 bedrooms for 12 people (+ 2 extra beds for children under 4)

It is composed on the ground floor:
- entrance and cloakroom
- large living room with fireplace, piano and connected TV
- large dining room overlooking the garden and the patio
- equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, American fridge / freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, basic necessities ...
- linen room with washing machine and dryer
- two separate toilets
- two bedrooms with Queen size beds overlooking the garden, one with TV
- two bathrooms

On the first floor you will find:
- a bedroom with Queen size bed (with TV)
- a bedroom with king size bed separable into 2 single beds
- a dormitory room with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed (+1 extra bed)
- a bathroom with WC

Particular care has been taken in the choice of high-end bedding made in France. The duvets and pillows were made in Amboise.

Outside :
A vast landscaped garden enclosed by walls, landscaped in the French style, with lawns, flower beds, fruit trees, rows of vines, lime trees ...
A large terrace adjoining the house will allow you to enjoy meals outside.

A 5-seater spa awaits you to relax after a day of sightseeing.

An outdoor play area (hut, slide, swings, etc.) for children is at your disposal.
A patio is at the center of the house. You can sit there peacefully to have a coffee, a reading time next to the pond with water lilies, wisteria ...
By simply crossing the street, a large private swimming pool (10 x 3.5 m) awaits you in a garden protected by hedges. Usually open from May to the first week of October, it is heated in May and September until the end of the period. It is surrounded by a terrace and trees from which you can pick fruit in season. A carport allows you to park your vehicles under cover.

Access for travelers
The entire property is at your disposal. The second garden allows you to park your vehicles safely.
Ideally located in Amboise, it allows you to reach the city center and its shops in 2 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike, 17 minutes on foot.

Other remarks
The price includes sheets and beds made on arrival, towels and cleaning on departure. Pool and spa towels are not provided.
A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are at your disposal to start your stay.

Location
The Triolet is located in a residential area, with a calm and pleasant environment.
It is located in a protected area, near the Pagoda of Chanteloup.
Access to the city center is very easy and quick (2 min by car, 10 by bike).
In the city center you will find all the shops and restaurants. A hypermarket on the outskirts. A large market takes place on Friday and Sunday morning, along the Loire.
