We are located between land and sea (30 minutes from the first beaches by car, 20 minutes from the West Indies of Jonzac, and only 10 minutes from the famous Château des Enigmes in Pons!
Cottage specially equipped for babies and young children (baby crockery, high chair, bathtub, step stool, night light, games, books, toys, etc.) to travel light!
Kitchen open to living room (45 m²).
Bedrooms and bathroom with toilet upstairs.
Private terrace not overlooked.
The particularity of our lodgings is that each has a very large living room and that they are fully equipped for the reception of babies and young children. (toys, games, books, slide, swings, high chair, night light, safety barrier, children's dishes, baby bath, toilet seat, baby monitor, sun tent for the beach, etc.)
Bed linen and towels, tea towels, are provided as well as pool towels.
For your holidays you come to us by traveling light!
All the cottages are very well equipped for your comfort: microwave, kettle, smart TV, Canal+, Netflix and YouTube, English and French channels, free WiFi, free parking, table tennis, table football, etc.
The swimming pool (unheated) is secure for your peace of mind, it is ideal for children with a depth of 1.60 m.
In the garden, you will find a bowling alley, playgrounds, relaxation areas, and also bicycles available (with small wheels if necessary, adult and child helmets, trailer, baby seat)
You will find a convenience store and a bread depot just 2 minutes away by car, 2 large supermarkets 10 minutes away.
Local weekly markets are an 8 minute drive away (Pons, Saint Genis de Saintonge, Gémozac)

TERMS OF CANCELATION
Cancellation for Covid 19 health restrictions: Cancellation and full refund of your stay possible in the event of confinement or travel restriction.
In other cases:
Any cancellation must be notified by email or registered letter:
a) no refund if the customer has taken advantage of a promotion on his stay
b) standard rate: before taking possession: +40 days before arrival: full refund.
c) standard rate: before taking possession within / - 40 days before arrival: no refund
As a general rule, the deposit remains with the owner; however, it can be returned when the accommodation has been re-let for the same period and at the same price.
d) if the tenant has not shown up on the day of arrival: after a period of 24 hours and without notification to the owner: the stay is considered terminated and no refund will be made.
e) in the event of cancellation of the rental by ourselves, we will reimburse you for the entire stay
