Quick access by motorway or train (Cérons station).
The house has been renovated in a neat and comfortable spirit. The light tones of the lime paints mingle with the old stones, exposed beams and parquet floors.
2 double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, toilet and walk-in shower, lounge area and equipped kitchen on the ground floor.
Non-smoking accommodation.
TV, WiFi internet access.
Free access to the park, garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis.
During the summer months JULY and AUGUST, rental of the cottage for a minimum period of 4 NIGHTS.
Accommodation renovated in simple and authentic materials: parquet floors, lime paint, raw door woodwork.
Fully equipped for a pleasant stay for 4 people maximum.
2 ha enclosed park at your disposal: enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the orchard, the chickens roam free!
Very numerous choices of visits and getaways: Saint Emilion 45 mins away, Bordeaux 20 mins away, the Arcachon basin and the Dune du Pyla, oysters...50 mins away, the Graves and Sauterne vineyards on the doorstep from the cottage, between two seas crossing the Garonne 5 minutes away, the castles of Cazeneuve, Villandraut, Roquetaillade etc., the very beautiful and large Cadillac market on Saturday mornings.
