Due to the construction of the beautiful aquatic area and the "La Cousinade" gîte, our estate is still under construction. The enthusiasm of our tenants has encouraged us to officially open our domain despite everything.
To make up for the visual disturbance caused, we automatically applied a 30% reduction on all prices until the end of the work. The works are stopped when the lodgings are occupied, there is therefore no auditory discomfort to fear, the songs of birds remain masters of the place.

In the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche and in a Natura 2000 classified area, the Hameau du Vallier offers you a unique view of the Rocher de Sampzon, its limestone needle and the Cévennes chain. Diane and Jean-Claude welcome you to this place close to all amenities and the most beautiful tourist sites in the region: the Pont d'Arc, the Grotte Chauvet 2, the Aven d'Orgnac...

Intimate and cosy, fitted out for complete relaxation, the studio is ideally designed for a couple. The space is open and partitioned to delimit the living areas.
The bathroom is equipped with a hammam cabin with shower, balneotherapy, chromotherapy, aromatherapy and integrated speakers. A covered spa area, equipped with a high-end SPA, awaits you in the garden.
Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, artisanal and local cosmetic products, products dedicated to hammams (black soap, essential oils), napkins and tablecloths are provided.
Massage and wellness accessories equip the studio.
The 15 m² terrace has a parasol and edible aromatic plants.
Four large drawers are available to you in a common freezer cabinet, on the ground floor of the cottage under construction "La Cousinade".
The library is full of documents and guides that will help you better discover the Ardèche, its territory, its history, its gastronomy...
A private bike room is at your disposal. We rent bikes by the day for adults, children's bikes are loaned.
We are at your entire disposal to advise you throughout your stay.
