Le Shanti Saint Sornin – Le gîte L'Estran

The Shanti Saint Sornin is located in the heart of a charming Charente village. The L'Estran gîte, a typical stone house with its blue shutters, invites calm and serenity in a green setting.

The climate (2nd sunniest region in France), the authentic charm of the Côte Sauvage as well as the wealth of the cultural and environmental heritage of Charente-Maritime should seduce you.

You have easy access to the beaches of the coast in less than 20 km and you take advantage of the proximity of hiking or mountain biking circuits to discover the fauna and flora, the marshes of the Seudre or Brouage. In summer, a large swimming pool (6 x 12m) will also be an asset for your relaxation.

Local shops are quickly accessible 6km from the Shanti (town Le Gua).

The cottage has an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom to enjoy this beautiful environment, the swimming pool or the wooded park of more than 4300 m². We put at your disposal the private car park of the property.

Located in an old agricultural building built in the 17th century, the restoration of the building has made it possible to preserve the charm of the old and contemporary comfort.

Garden furniture and sunbeds installed on the terrace are reserved for you and allow you to benefit from the sun from the morning.

Other armchairs and garden furniture located in the park give you the opportunity to enjoy the various flowered spaces.

The ground floor of the cottage is divided between the fitted kitchen area on an island, the bathroom with Italian shower, the separate WC and the sleeping area with a double bed.

The open mezzanine welcomes you with 2 single beds. A barbecue, drying rack are also at your disposal.

The swimming pool, which is open from May to September, is shared and we maintain it daily.
