The buildings have been renovated in keeping with the old style, with exposed beams and blonde stone walls. We welcome adults in search of peace and nature, who may be accompanied by quiet children, who will respect the tranquillity of the property.
Our 4 holiday homes have been designed to ensure the privacy of each guest, and have a large private garden with dining area and individual barbecue.
They are air-conditioned and very well equipped: a kitchen where nothing is missing, a comfortable living room with good seating for everyone and a new smart-TV, cosy bedrooms with excellent recent beds dressed in high-quality linen or fine cotton.
Guests share a large unheated saltwater swimming pool (10 x 5 m), open from mid-May to mid-September depending on the weather. Around it, the vast wooden and granite beaches are equipped with sun loungers for your relaxation.
In the large, pesticide-free park, you'll find table tennis and a boules pitch. We live on site and are discreetly at your disposal to help you make the most of your stay in the Périgord Noir.

1. exit Sarlat towards Bergerac / Beynac. On your left you will see: Casino supermarket, Citroen, Ford, GiFi ...
2. at the third roundabout (Peugeot garage), turn left (D46) towards Vitrac
3. after about 5.1 km, turn left (D55) towards Vitrac Bourg (if you arrive at the hotels in Vitrac Port, you have gone 100m too far)
4. go through Vitrac Bourg, leave the church on your right and further on the Mairie on your left. 100 meters after, take the first road on the left, direction Sarlat. The road is called Route du Champ
5. The Petit-Manoir is the third property on the right, No. 134
6. Take the path that brings you to the main house and then go up the stairs that are on the right to come see us

Ce gîte est réservé aux adultes et aux familles avec des enfants de 12 ans et plus, car l'escalier est dangereux pour les enfants plus jeunes. Notre gîte Le Bois accueille toutes les familles, voir sur ce site.
Au rez de chaussée, le grand séjour offre un salon confortable pour 4 personnes avec une smart-TV 43" neuve, une table de ferme ancienne pour 4-6 convives et une belle cuisine toute équipée (gazinière 4 feux et four, LV, LL).
A l'étage, une chambre dispose d'un lit neuf de 160x200 avec des draps en lin. Une deuxième chambre a deux lits simples neufs de 90x200 ou un très grand lit de 180x200. La salle d'eau avec toilettes est à l'étage.
Coin repas extérieur avec barbecue individuel et chaises longues.
Accès direct à l'espace loisir avec pétanque et ping-pong. Gîte situé à proximité de la piscine partagée de la propriété, ouverte de mi-mai à mi-septembre (non chauffée).
