A library of "take it or leave it" books, cable TV, good quality WIFI, a work table if needed.
When you arrive, you will find the beds made and some provisions in the fridge (milk, butter, yogurts, honey homemade jams and orange juice).
Take advantage of the kitchen, the garden on sunny days, and the proximity to the metro.
Less than 5 minutes walk from all the shops, the cinema and the theater of Malakoff, 7 minutes from the Porte de Vanves metro, buses 58 and 95 and the T3 tram, 15 minutes from Porte de Versailles and 30 min from the Champs-Élysées, you are in an extremely quiet street and very close to Paris.

By car via the ring road, exit Porte Brancion and head towards Malakoff.
If you come from Roissy, take a taxi or come by RER to Cité Universitaire then by tram T3 west to "Porte de Vanves"
Continue straight to Malakoff via rue Pierre Larousse, Passage Larousse is the fourth street on the left in front of the garden.
Go to the wooden gate, the red house on your left with a large climbing rose, it's there, the yellow bell is to the left of the door.
You can leave your car in front of the house for a few minutes to unload your belongings. There is a public parking lot 100 m away.

Logement parfait pour un séjour à Paris : proche du métro, à 2 pas des magasins (courses, resto, marchand de journaux...). Mais le plus de ce lieu est son calme !
Accueil parfait des propriétaires. Arrangeants à toutes les demandes.
