"Le P'tit Vert" loft convivial à la campagne / Caen

For a friendly, family-friendly, and comfortable stay, discover "Le P'tit Vert," renovated in our former attic and opening in early 2025.
The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace on stilts which offers a beautiful view of the garden.
Close to basic shops, the gîte is ideally located for discovering the must-see sites and places in the department: Suisse-Normande 10 minutes away, Falaise and its ducal castle 25 minutes away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 minutes away and Caen - the regional capital - 25 minutes away.

The cottage is adjoining our home.
Located upstairs (access via an external staircase).
The cottage includes
• on the 1st level a living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160 cm), a bathroom with WC
• the 2nd level is fitted out as a mezzanine sleeping area for 2 people (2 x 80 cm beds which can be joined into 1 x 160 cm bed) and equipped with a fireside chair (possibility of 1 additional child bed), and an office space.
Child safety gates are installed at the top and bottom of the interior stairs, and at the top of the exterior stairs.

The cottage has a private terrace on stilts and not overlooked.
You will also have access to the owners' garden with a dedicated area with garden furniture.

Baby equipment on request.

We accept one dog of approximately 10 kg maximum.
