Located in the heart of Périgord Noir, between Sarlat and Montignac-Lascaux, the Moulin aux Ans welcomes you to its 5 gîtes (2 to 8 people) in all seasons.
Nestled in a green setting where the magic of water reigns everywhere, it will seduce you with its beauty, its tranquility and its authenticity.

The Grange gîte has a beautiful living room with exposed beams and stones, pellet stove, flat screen TV, 2 sofas including 1 convertible and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker). , toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, 4-burner gas hob and electric oven).

Two bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 2 90 cm bunk beds) and a bathroom with WC are at one end of the gîte; a third bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with WC are at the other end, thus preserving everyone's privacy.

You will enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue and enjoying a view of a river arm and the entire estate.

You can relax in our vast 4-hectare garden and enjoy the shared swimming pool secured by a barrier (open in season, from May to the end of September) but also the many activities that we offer at our 5 gîtes: gym and jacuzzi (free, from 16 years old and by reservation, the jacuzzi is closed in July/August), pétanque, ping-pong, trampoline, fishing (in a pond or in a river), badminton, chicken coop, etc.
