Atelier K is a former wool, horsehair and leather workshop, converted into lofts. Located in the historic heart of Blois, in the city center, opening onto a large private, secure, very quiet and bright courtyard, with a view of the Château de Blois.
Home bicycles and motorcycles very easy and secure in the courtyard.
Access to the Relaxation Area (shaded and sunny terrace, indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi for 2 people) in the summer months from May to September.

Accommodation: "The Loft"
Atelier K "Le Loft" is an independent single-storey accommodation, with a dedicated outdoor space in the large sunny and shaded courtyard with a view of the Château de Blois.

Outdoor space:
"The Loft" gives on one level to the large secure and private courtyard, presenting sunny and shaded spaces sheltered by a large fig tree and bamboos. "The Loft" has a dedicated space with a large table with chairs (6) allowing lunch and dinner outside.
In this secure courtyard, it is particularly easy to store bicycles and motorcycles.

"The Loft" can accommodate people with reduced mobility in wheelchairs (see series of photos)
"The Loft" is designed to accommodate people in wheelchairs. There are no steps to access the Loft from the courtyard, and no steps inside the gite. The doors are widened (entrance, toilets, bathroom), and the circulation spaces in "The Loft" are wide. The toilets and the bathroom (walk-in shower) have support bars. We also provide a plastic chair in the shower. In the kitchen, the oven is "with drawers" and in the low position.

Passenger access
Possible access to the relaxation area (sunny and shaded terrace with table and chairs, indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi for 2 people) during the summer season, from May to September. Access to the relaxation area to enjoy moments of calm and relaxation. The relaxation area is independent of the courtyard and the rental.

Very easy and secure bicycle and motorcycle reception, in the courtyard, a stone's throw from the Loire (200m) and the "Loire à Vélo" circuit, and signposted circuits to get to the castles of Chambord, Cheverny and Chaumont-sur-Loire.

"The Loft" is on one level, without any steps, easy to access for pushchairs and people with reduced mobility.

The Atelier K is located in the city center in the Arts district, historic and medieval, between the Loire and the Castle, very touristy, rich in restaurants, pubs, art galleries and local crafts.
A stone's throw away: the banks of the Loire (200 m), the Château de Blois (100 m), the Saint Nicolas church, the Maison de la Magie, the Maison de la BD and the Natural History Museum, the Saturday morning (200m).

A few minutes by car, you can visit the famous Zoo of Beauval and the castles of the Loire: Chambord, Chenonceau, Amboise and Le Clos Lucé (home of Leonardo da Vinci), Chaumont sur Loire, Cheverny, Beauregard and many others . The Loire offers many activities: bicycles, canoeing, hot air ballooning...
