Hiking trailsA spacious and bright apartment (75 m²), on one level, in the heart of Granville and 100 m from Plat-Gousset beach: living room with equipped kitchen, lounge with TV and convertible sofa, bedroom (160 bed and sleigh bed child 90x170), bathroom with WC, drop of a few steps to access the bathroom with WC.
The south-facing balconies offer a lovely view of the rooftops and the old town.
PLEASE NOTE: renovation work planned from 03/25/2024 to 06/15/2024 (renovation of the building, interior work but not in the apartment). For your comfort, the rental will only be open on weekends during this period.
No private parking.

"Appartement bien situé"
Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Granville, cette location était parfaite pour nous, bien située et appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. A 2 pas de la plage, des commerces, et restaurants. Tout est faisable à pieds, parfait pour ceux qui arrivent par la gare SNCF.

Avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement proche du centre ville et des balades vers la haute ville et aussi vers la plage de Donville (à pieds en passant par la Maison Dior).
L'appartement est très agréable, bien lumineux, bien équipé et bien chauffé.
On s'y sent bien et nous y retournerons , c'est sûr.
Très bon accueil par la propriétaire très sympa.

Séjour très agréable.
Appartement propre, bien équipé et super bien situé.
La propriétaire est très sympathique.
Je tiens d'ailleurs à la remercier de nouveau de m'avoir offert ce séjour avec ma famille car je suis infirmière "covid".
