Le gîte du Refuge du Peintre

Gite of 90 m² in an 18th century Gironde house, former bakery of an ancestor, artfully renovated. Two bedrooms (Beky on the ground floor and Marquise upstairs) tastefully decorated, each with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom and a private toilet. A mezzanine has a 160x190 bed (or 2 x 90x190). The living room and kitchen are bathed in light and you can enjoy a private terrace.
No need for a car to pick up your bread and croissants. The bakery and pastry shop is a 2-minute walk away and you will pass the butcher on the way back.
The Gîte is in the heart of the vineyards (Saint Emilion 8 km, Entre 2 mers...) but also at the gateway to the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne.
This cottage is adjoining the main house with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and WC in a wooded park of 6000 m².
Privatization of the whole is possible for a capacity of 14 people.
You are located in the middle of the region of the most prestigious wines: Saint-Émilion, Le Sauternais... but also very close to Bordeaux, Bassin d'Arcachon, Blayais or Médoc.
