The fisherman's cottage is close to the canal greenway and the confluence of the Baïse and the Garonne.
This detached house has been completely renovated for a pleasant stay with friends or family.
Wooded park of 3000 m², fenced on 3 sides, 2 entrance gates and private premises.
Private salt pool 8 x 4 m, depth 1.50 m, secured by electric cover. Beach with sun loungers and deckchairs.
With a surface area of 86 m², the fisherman's cottage has a pleasant kitchen open to the living room with stove (wood for a fee), lounge area with connected TV and a bathroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 160 cm bed, bedroom 2: 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed + 1 extra bed) and a separate toilet.
Terraces, garden furniture and barbecue will be at your disposal to enjoy the rays of the sun.
Voie Verte along the Canal de Garonne at 500 m
A62 motorway exit 3 km away.
Shops, restaurants, traditional and gourmet night markets, services 3 km away: boat rentals, electric bikes, Buzet wine cellar 3 km away.
Gravel pit nearby.
Tourist tax to be paid.
Electric heating. Free WIFI. Housekeeping included.
If you don't live there, you will have to go to La Loge Gasconne, located in Casteljaloux (23 km from the gîte).
Cécile and Aurélie will welcome you in their atypical caravan and give you the keys to the accommodation.
