Swimming-poolCome and discover the Lotoise Dordogne Valley by settling down for a short stay or for a great vacation, in our comfortable gîte.
It is located near remarkable sites such as the Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, Martel and 9 villages labeled "Most beautiful Village of France" including Collonges-la-Rouge, Autoire, Turenne and Carennac.
The Dordogne is very close.
Many activities are possible nearby including canoeing, cycling, and of course many hikes
Our gite is the former caretaker's house, at the entrance to the Moulin du Boisset property (guest house), a former watermill dating from the 14th century.
It consists of a main room, in the form of a 34 m² studio with bathroom (shower) and a fully equipped kitchenette.
You will have private parking, access to the park of the property crossed by a stream that once fed the millstones and the swimming pool area with pool house and whirlpool bath.
The equipment is as follows:
- fridge with freezer
- gas oven and hob
- microwave oven
- dishwasher
- coffee maker and toaster

Sleeping:
- a 140 cm bed
- a 90 cm sofa bed
Bed linen provided and beds made for your arrival.

- less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the totality of the payment will be retained by " Le Moulin du Boisset ", except if we manage to re-let the gîte.
In case of early departure during the stay, the totality of the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains entirely acquired by the owner.

The Moulin du Boisset is located on the D32 departmental road from Saint-Denis-Lès-Martel to the village "Les Quatre-routes-du-Lot".
From the A20 motorway:
- from Paris, take exit n°54 - ROCAMADOUR / PADIRAC,
then direction MARTEL / GRAMAT
- from Toulouse, take the SOUILLAC exit, then follow MARTEL.
Then drive through Martel towards Saint-Denis-Lès-Martel / Saint Céré. After the côte des Mathieux (winding downhill) and just after the sign for Saint-Denis-Lès-Martel, turn left onto the D32 towards the commune of Quatre routes du Lot. After the sign 50 "Le Boisset", and before the level crossing, you will find the Moulin on your right with its white gate.

Le domaine est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu et la chambre est spacieuse, confortable.
Le petit déjeuner est super copieux avec des produits frais et faits maison. Ce que l’on s’attend à avoir dans une chambre d’hôtes.
Le domaine possède un emplacement exceptionnel car nous sommes à proximité de tout les villages à visiter.
