The house has large spaces to accommodate families and groups in the best conditions. A swimming pool and a large park with secular cedars open to the countryside offer a superb space to relax throughout the year. The house offers the possibility of easily teleworking and organizing seminars.
La Bordasse has a large living room, a spacious dining room, 7 large bedrooms, 4 of which have private shower rooms and 2 additional shower rooms. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility as well as a shower room and toilet. The kitchen is equipped to easily accommodate 15 people.
Everything is planned to enjoy the park and the garden with its swimming pool (3mx10m), relax, deck chairs, parasols, benches, garden tables, plancha, barbecue... La Bordasse also has a gym, table football, a ping pong table and also offers the possibility of playing pétanque. Its private car park for at least 10 cars will allow you to park for free without constraint.
La Bordasse is located in the heart of the Frontonnais vineyard. You will be able to visit the cellars and plan tastings with the winegrowers of the region.
Close to Toulouse, Montauban and Albi, you can easily visit these magnificent towns steeped in history.
The forest of Buzet 6 km away offers you superb walks.
All around La Bordasse you will find many walking paths.
The tennis club of Villemur on reservation will allow you to play tennis.
Near La Bordasse, many equestrian clubs can welcome you.
La Palmola golf course is located 19 km away
La Bordasse is located: 3 km from the village of Villaudric where you will find a grocery store also open on Sundays, 1 delicatessen and doctors.

"Extraordinario"
Hemos pasado unos días extraordinarios con ocasión de una reunión familiar. La estancia se ha hecho muy agradable tanto para los mayores como para los niños. Es un sitio ideal para este tipo de reunión y creo que también puede ser fantástico para seminarios o reuniones de trabajo. La casa está puesta con todo detalle y con muy buen gusto. Los dueños están siempre pendientes para hacer la vida cómoda y agradable. Sin duda recomiendo 100% esta elección y agradezco la iniciativa del matrimonio de Claude y Marc.

"Incroyable"
Un lieu d'exception pour des moments inoubliables. Tout est très bien pense et réalise. L'intérieur est très beau et fonctionnel, le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables , le coin bodega est un vrai plus pour prolonger les moments entre amis ou en famille. Les hôtes sont bienveillants et savent recevoir, merci encore. Je recommande sans hésiter.
