It consists of a living room, dining room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, wc, and a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed.
The Brocard gîte is located in the Morvan regional natural park, in the heart of the "great lakes" territory.
6 km from the center of the village, you can go to the Gouloux jump, a waterfall that can be reached from the saboterie by following the marked path GR13.
Known for its sabotage activity, the village unveils artisan workshops, as well as a small museum retracing the history of ancestral know-how in the region.
4 km from the cottage awaits you the Lac des Settons, on its 366 hectares, a large number of leisure activities and activities are offered to holidaymakers during the summer season.
Marked circuits are also arranged for mountain biking and hiking.
The lake is also very popular with fishermen, with its significant fish richness.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte bien équipé, à la décoration soignée et idéalement situé pour visiter la région (lacs des Settons et de st Agnan...).
Attention très sympathique du propriétaire à notre arrivée.

"Calme et authentique dans du moderne."
Nous sommes venus 3 nuits en février. Le gîte correspond complètement à la description.
Il est clair et chaleureux.
Nous avons été accueillis et conseillés gentiment par Mr Sacquet.
Le Charme du petit groupe de maisons tient aussi à l’amabilité des autres habitants , tous communicatifs.
Nous avons fait de belles randonnées autour du lac des Settons , aux gorges de Narvau... Nous recommandons!
Il est clair et chaleureux.
