We add to this, a walk to a private pond where we will be happy to introduce you to the pleasure of fishing (carp, roach, pike ...)
Our cottage is a charming new apartment of 25 m² located upstairs with a private garage. Ideal for 2/3 people.
You will find :
- living room with sofa bed, TV, WiFi and fully equipped open kitchen
- a bedroom with double bed (140x190), wardrobe, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet
- a garage, laundry room with washing machine and wc
- outdoor parking

The rental of our cottage is at the price of 70 € per night, agreed for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, if 3 or 4 adults (20 € additional will be requested per adult).
If you rent 7 days, one night will be free, or 420 € instead of 490 €.
30% of the rental price will be requested by check to reserve the cottage and receive the rental contract.
A deposit by check in the amount of € 100 will also be requested upon arrival to cover any damage caused during your stay. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure if no damage has been observed in the accommodation.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee of € 30 is not included in the price. You can pay it or clean the accommodation yourself.
Towels are not provided.

"Séjour au top"
Nous sommes venus pour la seconde fois!
Nous avons de nouveau passé un agréable séjour au calme. Gite fort agréable, déco soignée, très bien équipé ! Propriétaire très à l'écoute ! C'est un bonheur de venir dans ce gîte.

"Un gïte comme on les aime"
Nous venons de séjourner dans le gïte de Sandra et son mari. Ce sont des gens adorables. Nous avons eu un accueil très chalereux. Le gîte est très bien agencé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Super bein équipé. Nous classons ce gîte parmi les meilleurs gîtes que nous ayons visité. Un gros plus ; le garage. Amoureux de la nature, des randonnées VTT ou à pied?, sans oublier les sites historiques tels le chemin des Dames ou l'abbaye de Vauclair vous serez gâtés.
Encore merci Sandra et vôtre mari pour cet agréable séjour.

"Gîtes et propriétaires toplissimes"
Nous avons passés 1 nuit (2 adultes et 2 enfants), nous avons passés un agréable moment ! Le gîte est super bien aménagé ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, fort sympathiques !

"Pour un séjour de grande qualité"
Sandra et son mari sont adorables de gentillesse et de prévoyance. Le studio est très confortable et très bien équipé. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Un nid douillet que l'on retrouve avec plaisir après avoir exploré les nombreuses richesses que propose la région. Un gîte que je recommande vivement.
