In an old Charente farm, in the middle of vineyards and fields, we offer 5 comfortable gîtes with heated swimming pool during the summer period on one hectare of completely enclosed land.
Le Clos des Séguineries is located in Romanesque Saintonge, 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac.
Between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied vacation mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits.
The BOIS gîte can accommodate 4 people.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds).
On the ground floor: a bathroom (Italian shower-sink-WC), a fitted kitchen, a living room (4 armchairs, a coffee table and a television).
This cottage opens onto a flowered terrace with garden table, deck chairs and parasol.
The swimming pool (12 x 6 m, heated from June to September) and a beautiful green space with games, are to be shared with other holidaymakers.
Washing machine, dryer, iron + ironing board are available in the common areas.
