In winter, you are 20 minutes from the Coulmes resort, and in summer you have access to multiple hikes and walks in the magnificent Vercors site where you can refresh yourself in the Bourne gorges or at Marandan lake.

You have two bedrooms with 4 beds upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower...
A courtyard is located in front of the entrance to the house where you can park your car (you may not be able to close the gate depending on the size of your car; you can also park in front)

The accommodation is twinned with another gîte, no part is shared.

The cottage is twinned with another accommodation with entrance and independent courtyard

The hamlet being quiet, it is forbidden to organize parties (hen or stag parties, birthdays, etc.)

For hygienic reasons you must unpack the bed when you leave, taking care to leave the mattress pads on the mattress and pillows (the linen is washed by a professional)

On your departure thank you:
-clean household appliances (coffee makers, ovens, fridge, hobs, etc.) and the barbecue
- empty the dishwasher and put away the clean dishes
- empty ashtrays and trash cans and deposit them
