Le Gîte is a pretty village cottage built with the warm, honey-coloured sandstone of the region. At the entry, there is a large lounge room with an imposing fireplace, open plan fully-equipped kitchen, 4 burner hob and Oven and dishwasher. Separate dining area that leads out to small patio great for afternoon drinks and has direct access to the pool. There are 2 bedrooms, a queen size bed with ensuite walk in shower. and WC. Up stairs, the loft bedroom with 3 single beds ensuite bathroom and WC.

At the entry level, lounge room with an imposing stone fireplace (probably taken from a manor house at the time of the revolution), leather lounges seating area, open plan fully-equipped kitchen & separate dining room. The main bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower/toilet). Directly outside is a private enclosed small terrace ideal for morning breakfasts and afternoon drinks and a few steps down to the swimming pool.

Upstairs is a the Loft, a large bedroom with 2 single beds, and a 3/4 double. There is an ensuite bathroom/ shower and toilet.
