Main room with BZ in 160, mattress 17 cm, TV, dining table.
On the mezzanine a 160 bed, 25 cm mattress, integrated bedside tables, a wardrobe, a desk area.
A very well equipped kitchen, washing machine, large fridge/freezer.
Very close to the train station, spa treatment, marina, bike rentals, organic store, pharmacy, bus, 400 m from the town centre.
You can take advantage of the very famous Rochefortais market 3 times a week.
About 30 minutes from La Rochelle, Royan, Île de Ré, Oléron...
Fouras, Fort Boyard, Ile Madame about ten minutes away.

"Calme et reposant"
Duplex très bien situé (La Rochelle, Ile d'Oléron. Sites culturels. Restaurants. etc…) et bien équipé. Endroit calme et reposant.
