This cottage, fully renovated, has maintained its charm and authenticity.
Ideally situated at strategic points. Such as the city of Nantes, the Nantes vineyard and close to the motorway access.
Its surface is 28 m² with a private entrance and includes a small mezzanine (where there is no human height).
The set will accommodate 2 to 4 people.
It has a bed on the ground floor of 160x200 in a sleeping area and forming an alcove that can be isolated by blinds and blackout and 2 single beds on the mezzanine 80x190 can not come together to do more than .
Wardrobe and plenty of storage.
A kitchenette comprising: a washing machine, a toaster, a combination microwave-grill, kettle, fridge, iron, ironing board mini oven ...
A seating area with a flat screen TV and INTERNET ACCESS.
A walk-in shower.
A small private terrace (free access to the garden: garden furniture and sun loungers).
