In a peaceful seaside setting, a stone's throw from the center of Saint-Malo, the Villa Cottage is located in the right wing of the guest house - Villa Saint Raphael.

Our charming seasonal rental for 2 people has an area of ​​35 m².
Entirely renovated, it welcomes you in a spirit loft - workshop, warm and bright. Bricks, metal and wood combine to create a comfortable and serene atmosphere!
The cottage has a small private courtyard under the arbor, out of sight, for summer lunches or shaded siestas face to face.

This court is closed, very calm, green and raised.
The exterior openings of the cottage all overlook the courtyard.

The bedroom is upstairs, access is via a ladder-type staircase.
The car park is located outside the Villa in a very quiet corner.

Ideally located on the GR34, a 2-minute walk from the beach of Les Fours in Chaux and close to intra-muros, the cottage of the Villa is open to the year in weekly rental or for a minimum of 2 nights According to the seasons.
