In an old Charente farm, in the middle of vineyards and fields, we offer 5 comfortable gîtes with heated swimming pool during the summer period on one hectare of completely enclosed land.

Le Clos des Séguineries is located in Romanesque Saintonge, 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac.

Between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied vacation mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits.

The METAL cottage can accommodate 4 people.
Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with 1 150 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, a bathroom (Italian shower-sink-WC).
On the ground floor a fitted kitchen, a living room (2 sofas, a stove, a television) and a separate toilet.
This gîte opens onto a terrace and a flowered garden of more than 100 m² with a 6-seater garden table, “tete à tête” table, deckchairs and parasol.

The swimming pool (12 x 6 m - heated from June to September) and a beautiful green space (1 hectare) with games (ping-pong, swings, badminton, pétanque, etc.) are to be shared with other holidaymakers.
Washing machine, dryer, iron + ironing board are available in the common areas
