The chalet is on one level, with a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
A kitchen area with two gas burners, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need for cooking.
Outside there is a balcony with a table and chairs. And a barbecue, as well as relaxation.
Near the GUZET SKI RESORT
You can relax and practice all mountain activities (downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking and snowshoeing, climbing, horse riding, caving, canoeing, canyoning, etc.)
All shops, restaurants are 5 minutes away on foot…

The owner may cancel the contract as of right:
• if the tenant sublets the property without prior written authorization from the owner;
• if the authorized number of people is exceeded;
• in the event of neighborhood disturbances or nuisances;
• if the rental is not occupied by the tenant within 24 hours from the initial date of stay.
If the current stay was interrupted, the tenant could not claim any refund except if he proves, within three days of his departure, that the interruption of his stay is due to the rental itself (hidden defects, unforeseen nuisances,…).
