Piscina Rutas de senderismo CiclovíaCasa rural muy luminosa (exposición este/oeste) ubicada en Apt; Cerca de la ciclovía y senderos del Bosque.
La casa rural está contigua a la casa de los propietarios (solo hay una casa rural en el lugar). Compartimos el estacionamiento. El alojamiento es completamente independiente, así como una terraza privada al aire libre sin vecinos con vistas al bosque.
La ubicación es ideal y céntrica para visitar los principales lugares del Luberon: Roussillon, Bonnieux, el Colorado provenzal de Rustrel, Ménerbes, Gordes, etc...

Descripción del alojamiento:

- Cocina americana equipada (vitrocerámica 4 fuegos, horno, microondas, frigorífico combi, tostador, tetera, cafetera eléctrica, TV, lavadora).
- Dormitorio independiente con cama doble que da a la terraza/jardín sin vecinos.
- Cuarto de baño y WC.
Posibilidad de actividades náuticas y baño en la base de ocio del Plan d'eau de la Riaille (5 minutos en coche o 30 minutos a pie utilizando el carril bici) o en las piscinas municipales de Apt, Saint Saturnin les Apt, Rustrel o Saint Martín de Castillon.

Article 1 - This contract is granted to the tenant for tourism purposes and is of a seasonal nature.
Article 2 - Duration of the stay: The tenant signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 3 - Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount and a copy of the signed contract. A second copy is to be kept by the tenant.
The rental concluded between the parties to this deed can in no way benefit third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written consent of the owner.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
a) Cancellation before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival in the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the scheduled date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the rental.
b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. There will be no reimbursement or reduction of rent.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner reimburses the tenant the amount of the deposit collected.
Article 6 - Arrival: The tenant must present himself on the specified day and at the time mentioned in this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
Article 7 - Payment of the balance: The balance of the rental is paid on entering the premises.
Article 8 - Security deposit or surety: On the tenant's arrival, a security deposit in the amount of 450 euros is requested by the owner. This deposit is returned, after deducting the cost of repairing the premises if damage is observed.
Article 9 - Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
Article 10 - Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. He is invited to take out a holiday-type insurance contract for these various risks.

"Belle location"
L'appartement est très propre avec une très bonne literie et tout le nécessaire qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et discrets.

Confortable, propre et fonctionnel sont les mâitres mots de ce gîte.
Très bien situé pour les visites touristiques.
Que dire de la piscine qui nous a permis de faire de belles journées farniente, au calme!

Guest house confortable, située dans un lotissement calme. Le logement est bien équipé, on ne manque de rien. De plus les propriétaires sont prévenants et disponibles, nous recommandons sans hésitation.

"Séjour du 3 au 19 juillet 2021"
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce gîte et tout était au top. Le calme, la propreté, l accueil des propriétaires Patricia et Roderich , tout était parfait. S'il vous manque quoi que ce soit n ayez pas peur de demander à Patricia. Voilà dommage que ça aie été trop court. Sans doute à une prochaine. Marie Christine et Omero de Belgique.

"Très bon séjour"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte où rien ne manquait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation ainsi que la piscine bien aménagée.
Point de départ idéal pour visiter cette belle région !

"Gîte très agréable à Apt"
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Apt, dans un gîte très calme, confortable, très soigné. Des hôtes très accueillants que nous recommandons.
