The house has one level, with bay windows facing south. It has a large living room with its kitchen, its dining room and its living room, which opens onto a large terrace and a garden.
On the ground floor, we have a bedroom with bathroom and WC.
On the 1st floor: a landing which serves 4 bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
The entrance is independent with ample parking.
Beds with duvets are made before your arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The 2 gites are adjoining. They can be rented together, for a maximum capacity of 16 people (adults + children over 2 years old) + 1 baby maxi/gîte.
It is possible to have the meal in one of the 2 gîtes, provided that the maximum authorized capacity is not exceeded. They are not intended for the organization of parties and noise pollution is not tolerated.
Pets are not accepted in the cottage, thank you for your understanding.
Suitable for teleworking, with a good internet connection.
They are located 20 minutes from the beaches of the Côte d'Albâtre and 30 minutes from ROUEN.
On site: hiking trail to the valley, private woods (mountain biking, walking, etc.), fishing with license on 600 m of river. Rouen-Dieppe expressway at 5 min, beaches at 20 min, Rouen at 40 min.
Near our farm (cultivation of flax, cereals, rapeseed, sugar beets) that we can present to you.

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.

In Dieppe, take the N27 towards Rouen

If you are coming from the North of France (A28 motorway):
From the A28 motorway in the direction of Amiens-Rouen, take exit no. 10 (Les Hayons) towards Dieppe
Follow the D915 towards Dieppe until Torcy-le-Petit
In Torcy-le-Petit, at the roundabout turn left towards Longueville s/Scie (D149), cross this village. Direction St Crespin/Gonneville s/Scie. At the exit of the village of St Crespin, direction Gonneville s/Scie (D203). Go 1 km and turn left towards Caumont (Communale C1). Go about 1 km and you have arrived.
If you go via the Normandy Bridge (A29 motorway):
From the A29 (E44) motorway in the direction of Le Havre - Amiens, take the Calais-Amiens-Dieppe (A29) interchange: Be careful not to take Rouen (A150) at kilometer 68.8.
Go 20 km and take the Rouen/Dieppe interchange (A151). Continue towards (A151 then N27).
Then take the exit indicating Longueville s/Scie, D149. After 4.5 km, follow the signs for Gîtes de Caumont.
