The AN HEOL COTTAGE obtained the first prize for flower gardens for tourist accommodation on 22/11/2014.

This beautiful and charming 17th century house of character, independent, (with a stone outbuilding for wood and your bikes), completely renovated, called the "AN HEOL COTTAGE" is located in the small quiet hamlet 'Le Lisse', municipality of Erdeven, surrounded by hiking and mountain biking trails (80 km of trails) and numerous megalithic sites, 1.5 km from the town of Erdeven and 2 km from the sand pages, Kerhilio beach, Kerouriec etc...

A large abundant and flowery garden, 4000 m², lawn, century-old trees and terrace surrounded by low stone walls and closed by wooden gates.
The gîte is a typical Breton house, in granite stone, covered with slates, completely renovated, warm, comfortable, welcoming and well equipped.
Internet by Ethernet connection (network cable) and Wifi.
Animals (dog only) are accepted. Specify the type of animal when booking.

On the terrace: garden furniture, parasol, deck chairs and barbecue.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
The house is decorated in an original style with teak furniture and has a number of black and white prints and photographs on the walls, from Brittany and other countries.

Large living room, the living room and the kitchen, and two doors, one leading to the large bathroom, the other to a double bedroom with bathroom.
In the living room, a wood stove is installed, which in winter heats the whole house well.

The kitchen has everything that is needed including an oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, large fridge and various appliances like a toaster and coffee maker, food processor. All glasses and crockery are kept in the dresser cabinet and there is a teak table and chairs.

- the bathroom: spacious and nicely decorated, with a large shower cabin, washbasin cabinet, shelves, WC, washing machine... large cupboard, radiator. Baby bath, changing table, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack, vacuum cleaners and cleaning products.

- bedroom 1: with 1 large double bed 160 cm, fitted with sheets, duvet, pillows and bedspread. 2 bedside tables, two lamps, a cupboard, other pillows and duvets, 1 bathroom, WC and sink.

FLOOR: a staircase, at the top of which a safety barrier for children can be installed.
- bedroom 2: with 1 large double bed 140 cm, equipped, sheets, duvet, pillows and bedspread. 2 bedside tables, two lamps, a closet, other pillows and duvets.
- bedroom 3: 2 single beds, equipped with sheets, duvet, pillows and bedspread (cot), bedside table, books. Baby bedding and all baby supplies.

SURROUNDINGS AND ACTIVITIES:
In Erdeven, the natural world remains intact. The sand dunes dotted with marigolds and thistles, contrast with the pine woods adorned with gorse and broom at the back of the cottage.

From the seaside to the hinterland, wide open spaces are waiting to be explored, a natural playground for active leisure: marked hikes, bike paths (mountain biking), horseback riding, mini-golf, squash, tennis and golf with the 18 superb 9-hole courses in St-Laurent.
