This authentic winemaker's house dates back to the 18th century.
Located in the heart of the village of Niedermorschwihr, quiet, it is typical of its time and the region with its timbered, low ceilings and wooden floors.

In the immediate vicinity of Colmar (8 km), you will be close to the remarkable tourist sites Eguisheim (10 km), Kaysersberg (8 km), Turckheim (2 km) and at the heart of many tourist, cultural or sports activities.

The house, which can accommodate 4 people, is warm and furnished to ensure your comfort.

On the ground floor is a large entrance hall, a laundry room with washing machine, ironing facilities and a toilet.
A wooden staircase goes upstairs which consists of:
- a comfortable living room with armchairs and a TV
- a kitchen equipped with a vitroceramic cooker, a large fridge a microwave oven and all the necessary household appliances: coffee maker, kettle, raclette fondue oven, toaster, blender.
- an independent dining area
- a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190
- a room with two beds of 90x190 (convertible into a large bed 180x190)
- a shower room with a double basin sink and a shower
- an independent WC

For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels and kitchen towels) is provided and your beds are made on arrival.
Heating is included in the price.

Parking is possible free of charge within walking distance of the house.

Optional cleaning fee at 40 €.
