Beautiful and large house of standing and quality, on landscaped garden completely closed. Located on the edge of the dunes, facing the superb Blancs Sablons beach.
It has a large garden, two beautiful terraces to welcome you and take your meals outside. Private parking.
On the ground floor:
- A beautiful fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, a large and very bright living room, terraces and garden, television, pellet stove.
- Bedroom 1: a 160 cm double bed and private shower room. Separate WC.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: 26 m2 with a 160 cm bed
- Bedroom 3: a 140 cm bed
- Bedroom 4: a 140 cm bed
- A large hallway inviting to calm, two terraces in exotic wood, from which you will have a superb view on the sea, the beach and the islands of Ouessant and Molène (sunbathing available on one of the terraces)
- A bathroom and a separate toilet
Very quiet environment, 50 m from the path leading to the beach.
Shops, bars, restaurants and boutiques are 15 minutes away on foot via a pedestrian bridge linking the peninsula to the town of Le Conquet.
Water is included in your rental contract
Electricity :
- during the summer period (1st May to 30th September) a fixed price of 100 Kwh/week is offered to you then real consumption at 0,20 euros/Kwh
- in the winter period (1st October to 30th April) real consumption at 0.20 euros/Kwh
Only one small animal will be accepted on the rental property, please make a request at the time of your reservation.
