Landgoed Bergvliet

Landgoed Bergvliet is a sustainable villa in Oosterhout, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station.

The villa provides guests with a terrace, garden views, a seating area, cable flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. A microwave, a fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a kettle. At the villa complex, the units come with bed linen and towels.

There is a snack bar, and packed lunches are also available.

If you would like to discover the area, cycling is possible in the surroundings and Landgoed Bergvliet can arrange a bicycle rental service.

Breda Station is 10 km from the accommodation, while Splesj is 29 km away. The nearest airport is Rotterdam The Hague Airport, 60 km from Landgoed Bergvliet.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 5 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cards accepted for booking
It is allowed in almost all villas to bring a pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per villa. When booking, you must clearly indicate in advance that you are bringing a pet, as this is not allowed in all villas.

Please note that guests will be charged 30 EUR per pet per stay and an additional pet cleaning fee of 35 EUR.

Breakfast is served in the Landgoed Bergvliet restaurant between 8:30 and 11:00, prior reservation is required.

A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals: Two-bedroom villa: EUR 400, Villa: EUR 800, Deluxe villa: EUR 1000. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local governments .

High chair available on request. EUR 5 per stay.

Bookings with more than 21 consecutive days are not allowed.

For the group accommodations (8 - 12 persons) minimum age of the main booker is 25 years. Bergvliet Villa’s reserves the right not to hand over the key upon check-in or to charge a higher deposit, at the discretion of the reception. If you fall under this, your reservation will be cancelled free of charge. For normal bookings, minimum age is 21. Families with children are allowedThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
