The rooms are long and spacious and, although only having 2 bedrooms on the second floor, the first floor has a comfortable sofa bed which can be screened off to provide extra sleeping accommodation. There is an excellent large kitchen and cave area, a wonderfully spacious lounge and wooden beams throughout.

The charming medieval town of Martel, with its twice weekly traditional covered market, is close by, as are some of the best regional restaurants in the area.

Set in 7 hectares of meadow (approx. 18 acres), bordered by a stream and trees, the holiday villa is within walking distance of the River Dordogne and 5 minutes drive to canoe rental for exploring one of the most beautiful rivers in France.
