Le gîte de La Pomerie

Welcome to Roxane and Christophe, very recent owners of this magnificent gîte.
We are excited to start this new adventure with you!

Between Puy du Fou, Poitevin marshes and Futuroscope, the cottage is very pleasant with its large living room and 3 beautiful bedrooms, all combining stones and exposed beams.
You will have all the necessary comforts for an ideal holiday, between outdoor activities, board games and the swimming pool!
The cottage also has a strategic geographical position both for visits and for resting and recharging one's batteries.

The village of Chiché is located 1.5 kilometers away, you will find the necessary local shops there such as a Vival (also a tobacconist and post office), a bakery, two restaurants and a hairdresser.
In case of emergency, doctor also practices in our village and 5 kilometers away we have the Faye-l'Abbesse hospital center

For people wanting to discover the region:

50 minutes away, they can visit:
- Le Puy du Fou: theme park, voted best park in the world in 2013 - The park offers various shows with historical themes
- The Futuroscope: full of sensations with new technologies
- The Marais Poitevin: also called the Green Venice, you can spend a wonderful day in these marshes which are a veritable cathedral of greenery

10 minutes by car:
- the town of Bressuire is to be discovered with its medieval castle, the green belt, a small paradise of greenery, its Notre-Dame church, the lively crèche, its town center rich in various shops...
In addition, Bressuire has a cinema, a bowling alley, a theatre, around twenty restaurants, you can't get bored...
- the city of Parthenay is also very close (10 minutes). It deserves to be visited for its medieval quarter and its half-timbered houses…

30 minutes from the Pescalis park: this park will delight fishermen, lovers of bike rides, or on foot...
