Xabi, Elise and children (Alban, 11 and Owen, 9) are pleased to present you their lodging: La Petite Vallée.
It is located 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac St Cernin in Perigord Noir.
Village of about 1,600 inhabitants, located on the axis Périgueux-Sarlat Rouffignac St Cernin is an ideal base for visiting the most beautiful sites of Périgord. We are happy to advise you on tours to do during your stay.
Yet close to all amenities (supermarket, withdrawal terminal, gas station, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, post office, Sunday market ...), our cottage enjoys a peaceful atmosphere in the middle of its 5 hectares of land mainly woodland with a lovely view.
Our house is located on the same ground, but the two houses are separated (wall and gate) and the pool is private.
The cottage consists of:
- on the ground floor :
• a large kitchen and a living-dining room and office with internet access (computer not provided). Flat screen TV + DVD player
• a spacious room with a bed of 140cm
• bathroom with shower
• a separate WC
- Upstairs:
• 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed of 140cm and the other with 1 bed of 140cm and 1 bed 90cm
• a bathroom with tub
• a separate WC
We can accommodate up to 6 people (+ 1 baby) comfortably.
Bed linen, towels, shower mats, kitchen towels provided.
HOUSEHOLD IS INCLUDED.
You can relax on your terrace by the heated pool (from June to September) and dinner under your porch where a superb Weber barbecue is at your disposal.
We can lend baby equipment (high chair, changing mat, cot, bath, ...)
Off season (from late September to late May) we can rent from 2 nights. Thank you to contact us for rates (from 200 € - special price for 2 people using only one bedroom).
