La Petite Grange

Located in the heart of the Regional Park of the Quercy, "La Petite Grange" is built of Quercy stone, old oak beams and traditional terracotta floor.
It is on one level with a large covered terrace to the front overlooking south towards the Lot Valley and distant wooded hills.

Under the covered terrace there is a table and chairs, a barbecue for eating outside ... and you enter through the French windows in the beautiful lounge - dining room.

The room is spacious and airy and has a wood stove.

There is a comfortable sofa, 2 leather armchairs and coffee table. The dining room has an antique pine table , large "buffet" closet.
There is a satellite TV (English) installed for your use and lots of board games for children.

The 2 double bedrooms on either side of the living room. One has 2 single beds and one double bed ... each has a closet, dresser ... Both overlook the front garden and offer beautiful views of the valley.
We also have a travel cot, baby bath, high chair and if you have a baby.

The bathroom is spacious with large open shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail and electric shaver.

The kitchen is equipped with cupboards, a large range of stainless steel cooking with hood, fridge freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your use at no extra cost and are changed weekly.
the pool towels are not provided.

The occupants of La Petite Grange enjoy the pool and the occupants of the guest rooms and all of our large garden is at your disposal.

"La Petite Grange" is available for rent all year ... autumn is particularly beautiful and Christmas with a wood fire and the Christmas tree and decorations included in the price could be memorable!

Besides the house, we can also provide additional accommodation in a small annex (Studio) in our family house (an old barn ... see photo).
It is also at a very high level, there is a small double room with single beds, and a living room downstairs with a private bath.
The annex has no kitchen, but it is possible to make coffee and tea.
It has its own access door glass on the front terrace and garden.
This annex could be rented for a "visit" guest or maybe on a B & B basis. Price on request.
Please note that WiFi is available on the terrace of the gite but not inside.
