Hiking trails FishingWelcome to La Parrot, our family home, for a nature holiday in a very quiet environment. Perfect for resting and getting some fresh air.
In a hamlet, on the banks of the Le Chapeauroux river, 15 minutes by car from all amenities and leisure activities: town of Langogne, Lake Naussac and its water sports center, Naussac treetop adventure course, Domaine de Barres golf course, Stables equestrian center of Palhères. Lake Charpal 30 minutes by car. Causse de Sauveterre, Gorges du Tarn and its canoeing and kayaking 1h30 by car for a day outing. Mende and the Bagnols les Bains thermal baths 40 km away.
Detached detached house in a large wooded meadow of more than 2500 m², fenced on the road side.
Arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. Rental for 7 nights minimum.
On the ground floor: entrance hall with wardrobe; pantry; separate WC; bathroom with bath, double sink, high-seated toilet and washing machine; bedroom with 1 140x190 bed; kitchen ; living room with fireplace and flat screen TV.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 separable 80x190 twin beds; 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, 1 90x190 bed and 1 60x130 cm baby bed (up to 4-5 years old)
House built with good thermal insulation.
