In the peace of a quiet, leafy countryside, only 10 minute by feet from the center of the famous village of Roussillon.
The house MERVEILLE is composed of :
A vaulted main room with old wooden floor and access to a private terrace comprising :
- a living room with a sofa and armchairs and a table
- a fitted and furnished kitchen (sink, fridge, micro-waves oven, oven, induction table...)
- a place with a double bed
1300 m² of common grounds and accordingly has access to the big swimming
A large place with a big shower room, independant toilets (hair dryer, large towels, shampoo and shower milk at your disposal)
A charming bedroom with access to a private terrace (large towels for swimming pool, hard box at your disposal)
Both beds are made at your arrival
The house MERVEILLE is set in a property of over 3000 m² comprising a fully enclosed garden, boules grounds, large overflow swimming pool in lava.
Private parking.
Private terrace in the patio in front of a small pool with fish with a table, chairs and armchairs.

The house is naturally cool because of its thick walls.
To keep the place quiet, children uder 10 years are not accepted.

Roussillon s a short walk from the property with is famous ochre path, its shops, art galeries and restaurants.
For security reasons, children under 10 are not accepted (new born welcomed).
