Sentieri trekkingThis ancient forest house from 1896 has been renovated and transformed for a year by its new owners charming.
It is offered for rent in the week or per night (minimum 2 nights in low period and average) and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living / dining room and a big entrance: the house accommodates 2 families without any problems.
2 of the 4 bedrooms are located upstairs with 1 bathroom with toilet.
The other 2 are on the ground floor with a bathroom with separate WC.
In summer, garden furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal on a surface of 2000 m²
Situated 400 meters above sea level at the entrance of the charming village of La Vancelle, it is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of grassland on which the two horses and the donkey owners keep you company.
The first neighbor is 150 m from the house, so you are at home without being isolated.
La Vancelle is a village in Alsace center just opposite the renowned Château Haut-Koenigsbourg.
Wine Route 10 km.
The house is the ideal starting point for long walks or hikes in a very well signposted massif (an IGN card is put at your disposal).

Does not include the tourist tax which amounts to 1.40 € per day and per adult which will be paid on site at the end of your stay.
Does not include cleaning costs (200 €)
The kitchen must be left clean: the dishes done, the fridge and the oven emptied AND the cupboards tidy cleaned.
In winter, the radiators are switched off when the rooms are ventilated.
