This charming semi-detached house is located at the end of the property, in the main alignment.

The ground floor consists of a large living room with ocher-colored sand stone walls with lounge, dining room, TV area and a fully equipped kitchen, all under ceiling with old exposed beams.

This level also includes a corridor which distributes a separate toilet and 2 separate shower rooms, both with sink cabinet.

In the center of the living room rises a staircase separating the living room from the dining room.

Upstairs, a landing distributes 4 attic bedrooms with beautiful original framework and old-style repointed stone walls. A night toilet with sink completes the set.

Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The other two bedrooms are composed, one of 2 single beds, the other of 3 single beds. Solid parquet on the whole floor.

The terrace and the garden, facing south, have a view overlooking the valley. The swimming pool is in front of the house (25 m). Access to the tennis court (100 m) is easily done from the back of the house.
