This house located on the Domaine des Fargues has, by its overall design and its layout, perfect privacy.

Covering an area of 310 m², it offers, on two levels, 8 bedrooms including 5 bedrooms with double beds for couples, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a large bedroom with 6 single bunk beds.

Period framework and old exposed beams give a very special charm to all the bedrooms located upstairs.

In terms of sanitary facilities, the house offers 3 bathrooms, each with a shower, a toilet and washbasin furniture.

The kitchen (36 m²) is perfectly equipped to meet the needs of a group: 2 large combined fridge-freezers, 2 large cookers for 10 gas burners and 2 90 cm ovens and 2 dishwashers. There are plenty of storage and work spaces. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

Facing south-west with an unobstructed view of the valley, the terrace is completely private from the rest of the property: it is equipped with all the necessary garden furniture and planters and flower boxes. It communicates directly with the kitchen through a bay window and to the 4 bedrooms located on the ground floor. The heated and secure swimming pool (10m by 5m) is located in front of the terrace.

A dining room (32 m²) adjoining the kitchen and a living room (27 m²) complete the set. The latter can easily accommodate 20 people.
