This large house for 15 people located on the GR, 2 km from the lake Settons in nature, is the ideal place for a family reunion or friends: 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.
The house was renovated in 2011, 2012 and 2015 and has an area of 350 sqm
• Ground floor :
- A large kitchen, two lounges, one with open fireplace, a large dining room
- Four bedrooms, two large bathrooms, 3 toilets all accessible to people with reduced mobility and labeled "Tourism and Handicap" for this part of the house
• First floor: living room and three bedrooms with a bathroom and WC
Central heating.
Washing machine.
DVD, Hi-Fi.
The beds are made on arrival.
A large garden overlooking the Morvan countryside surrounding the house. Swings, table tennis. garden, terrace and barbecue.
A locked room for bicycles. Parking for ten cars.
The house is hosting partner of the Great Crossing of the Morvan (GTM) mountain biking and AREM

Directions from Saulieu
In Saulieu, across town to Lake Settons.
At the exit of Saulieu, at the roundabout take direction Settons lake through the villages of Alligny en Morvan and Moux en Morvan.
Skip Alligny.
At Moux en Morvan, not down in the village, stay on the road and continue towards Montsauche and Lac des Settons.
2 km after the village, at the fork, turn right towards Lake Settons.
2 km after the fork, take the road on the left towards the reeds.
Continue for 1 km then turn left at the sign and take the path that will lead you to the House of Reeds.
