Small new house (65 m²), perched and well equipped, in a quiet hamlet, 5 km from Saint-Astier, ideal for couples and nature lovers.
The large living room, very bright, opens directly onto the terrace and the semi-enclosed garden (600 m²). It offers a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and the truffle.
Bedroom 1 bed 140, shower room with walk-in shower, WC.
The garage in the basement helps to protect your vehicle or your bikes.
For your walks, the greenway cycle route of the Isle Valley is easily accessible at 2 km and hiking trails are marked around the house.
For your comfort, the sheets are provided and the bed made upon your arrival.
A foam mattress can also be made available for a child.

nous avons logé dans cette maison lumineuse où rien ne manque. La propriétaire est très accueillante. Le voisinage fort sympathique ,nous conseillant sur les sites et visites à découvrir aux alentours. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances
