Holiday home located in the bay of Saint-Brieuc, in Saint-Quay-Portrieux, a seaside resort from the beginning of the 19th century, it has retained all its authenticity.
Renovated and restored, its stone facade is enhanced by red briquettes which give it incredible charm.
Quality materials complete the place: polished concrete floors, oak parquet floors, linen curtains, light colors, just brightened up with lime green.
Spacious, bright, each living space is designed to give you great comfort:
- a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals with products from the Monday or Friday market
- a living room in which the wood stove awaits the end of the day and a bright summer lounge which awaits reading hours
- a bathroom with walk-in shower or bathtub
- three pretty bedrooms to accommodate parents and children or friends
A sophisticated decoration between family paintings and objects found by Mireille and Pascal creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.
