La Maison de la Cleurie, Gîte/maison Gérardmer 14 personnes

This house, typical of the architecture of Vosges farms from the end of the 19th century, offers large living spaces over 160 m² accessible via a beautiful staircase, the centerpiece of the building.

Located 3 minutes from Lake Gérardmer and 18 km from La Bresse, we offer the ideal house for spending holidays with family or friends.

A lounge area with fireplace, large sofa, and various poufs. Equipped with cable TV, DVD player and free WiFi connection, available throughout the house.

It also consists of two private bathrooms. One with bath and shower cubicle which is located upstairs, including several storage cupboards for everyone's toiletries, as well as towel racks. The second bathroom is integrated into the master bedroom. Used either privately, or accessible to other residents of the house. Its "Italian" type shower is perfect after a nice hike.

Its dining room can accommodate up to 14 people, with a dresser equipped for 20 people.

Its kitchen, fully equipped, has a dining area, a dishwasher, a 6-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a grill -bread, a refrigerator with freezer, as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils...

Five spacious bedrooms are available: four upstairs and one on the ground floor (for a total of 14 people, including 4 children).
One bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm).
One bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190cm).

Two family rooms can accommodate up to four people (2 adults and 2 children) thanks to loft beds (2 x 140 cm).
The fifth bedroom, the largest, has a Queen size bed (1 x 160cm).

A cot is available with its bedding, as well as a changing area and a high chair.

A private car park on two levels accommodates all guest vehicles for added security.
The garden in which the Cleurie flows is decorated with a terrace which overlooks it and offers an ideal place of conviviality in summer.

Also available: raclette machine, fondue, barbecue, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board...
Optional bed linen and towels: €15 / person.

Your four-legged friends are welcome as long as they are well educated (no damage and the land is not fenced…)
