This ground floor of 80 sqm, one of the oldest building in St Gilles, with a courtyard of 25 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms including one for a double bed 160 x 200 and the other 3 single beds, a bathroom, separate WC, a large kitchen-living room.
A 10 min walk from the beach, 2 min from the market and shops, 5 min from a supermarket and 7 min from the train station, you do not need a car during your stay.
We will have pleasure to make your stay as pleasant as possible!

"Que dire de plus PARFAIT"
Pour ma première visite sur la cote Atlantique dans le cadre d'un mariage, nous avons séjourné dans ce magnifique endroit qui a un cachet incroyable et décoré avec gout. Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Julie qui est d'une grande gentillesse avec nous. Je vous remercie pour votre bienveillance et votre professionnalisme et je ne manquerai pas de vous rappeler pour une prochaine escapade dans votre maison.

"la ressourcerie"
Un accueil chaleureux ,beaucoup de bienveillance et d'attention de la part de Julie et sa maison est un petit cocon confortable ,très bien situé et joliment décoré. Malgré un temps maussade nous avons pu arpenter les jolies ruelles de st Gilles Croix de Vie car on peut tout faire à pied et aussi en profiter pour déguster plein de gourmandises régionales. Un grand merci pour nous avoir reçues. Nous gardons précieusement votre adresse.
