The main one, where there is a large dining table with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Saintes, the garden and the swimming pool. Another, located on the other side of the kitchen, more conducive to privacy and aperitifs with a view of the garden.

A private parking space is available adjacent to the house with direct access to the main terrace. The street and the neighborhood are very quiet and there are no overlooks.
