On the 1st level a dining area and kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, fridge and washing machine. A bathroom with a small bathtub and a toilet. You will find vacuum cleaner, mop, cloth, sponge ...
On the 2nd level a closed bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190, an alcove with 1 single bed 90 x 190 and on the mezzanine a sofa bed 2 places.
Large skylights offer a nice view of the surrounding mountains.
The exposed framework has been highlighted by Didier who transformed this old barn.
During your stay, you can enjoy the flower-filled terrace and the shaded, enclosed garden where you can let your children play safely.
On foot or by bike you can easily reach the village or the beach of Doussard which are 2 km away.
A boat trip will take you to the center of Annecy, to discover the old town and its canals.
On the banks of the lake you will discover typical villages like Menthon-Saint-Bernard and its castle, Talloires…
In the evening, by reservation and subject to availability, you can enjoy the table d'hôtes and discover our regional cuisine.
