Conclusion of the rental contract:
The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the lessor a deposit and a copy of the signed rental contract. The lessor must then confirm the reservation by email. The deposit is non-refundable.

Deposit :
- For a stay of 2 nights or more: a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid by bank transfer. The balance will be due 30 days before the arrival of the tenant
- For a last minute booking (less than 30 days before arrival): the full amount must be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking

The tourist tax is not included in the price. It amounts to €1.5 per night and per adult. This sum is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation by the customer:
Any cancellation must be notified by email addressed to the lessor.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival: the deposit remains with the lessor but it can be used for another stay for 1 year from the date of arrival initially planned
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the date of arrival: 100% of the price of the stay remains with the lessor

In the event of a shortened stay, the agreed price remains fully acquired by the lessor.

In the event of external events beyond the control of the lessor, he may have to modify or cancel the stay. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded to the tenant. No other indemnity can be claimed. However, an equivalent stay with different dates or accommodation may be offered to the tenant depending on availability.
