Between Ventoux and Luberon, in peace and in the great outdoors, located in the countryside in the heart of lavender fields, this small house of character, sheltered by a three-hundred-year-old lime tree, guarantees you tranquility and a change of scenery.

Warm, cozy, well maintained, we appreciate that the house is returned to us as on arrival, clean and in order!

Accustomed to renting, we are vigilant to ensure that the premises are always clean and the equipment functional and in perfect working order.

The beds will be made and the bathroom linen in the bathrooms.

On the ground floor, the 41 m² living room includes a lounge area with fireplace, dining area and semi-open kitchen. Next to the living room a living room / bedroom (bed with comfortable Rapido sofa bed) and bathroom and toilet
Upstairs two bedrooms: one of 9 m² with 140 bed and the other of 10 m² with 160 bed; bathroom and separate toilet
Outside: land, unfenced, 3 hectares, with covered terrace. Possibility of wood or gas barbecue (Weber)
Nature lovers, the place is ideal for hiking or cycling, leaving from the house or simply "lazing" under the lime tree!
