In the heart of the pre-Ardennes ridges, the gîte is located between Reims and Charleville.
You can enjoy the terraces, the garden and the heated indoor swimming pool of 8 meters by 4.
The house, 180 m², is friendly and functional for a stay with family or friends. We have used different types of wood for a natural and warm atmosphere that will extend your discovery of our beautiful forests.
We welcome you to this cottage that we have completely renovated ourselves.
We are very available because we live 3 minutes away.
The kitchen-dining room opens directly onto the outdoor terrace facing south and not overlooked.
A small living room is also available with two sofas including a convertible one.
The 2 sleeping areas are independent and accessible by 2 staircases. On one side a bedroom with 3 beds and another with its 160 cm bed. A bathroom, a shower room and separate toilets are to be shared on the ground floor. On the other side, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and one with 3 90 cm beds, 2 of which are bunk. A shower room and separate toilets are between these 2 bedrooms. There is also a bedroom with 2 beds and a TV on the ground floor.
For summer 2023, there will be one more bedroom, a large living-dining room and a games room with table football and darts.
The 800 m² enclosed grass field allows you to enjoy corners in the shade of trees or the sun, 2 swings, badminton, Mölkky and barbecue.
There is a raclette machine, a waffle maker, croque-monsieur, a coffee maker with permanent filter and a Senseo.
The location is ideal for enjoying the surrounding countryside and the national forest of Signy-l'Abbaye. You can discover a rich historical and cultural heritage: War and Peace Museum, the Rimbaud circuit.
Athletes will appreciate the hikes and bike rides, as well as a nearby tree climbing park. You will be 2 steps from a country restaurant open every lunchtime.
With family or friends, you will spend a stay in the fresh air, rejuvenating and close to nature.

Gîte vraiment atypique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et chaque chambre a son charme..

"Un WE comme à la maison, en mieux !"
Nous avons loué le gîte pour un week-end entre filles et avons été accueillies comme des princesses. Déjà lors des premiers contacts, Muriel s'est montrée disponible, courtoise et aux petits soins. Sur place, nous avons pu profiter d'espaces accueillants, bien pensés et surtout, capable d'accueillir de belles tablées !
Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour et n'hésiterons sans nul doute pas à revenir.

"Gîte exceptionnel, je recommande à 100%"
Nous avons à nouveau réservé le gîte pour un long week-end en famille (10personnes)
Que dire de plus par rapport à l' année dernière.
Tout est parfait que ce soit l' intérieur du gîte, les extérieurs sans oublier la piscine.

"Mooie accomodatie !"
We verbleven een week met drie gezinnen (12p) in deze mooi gîte.
Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw, alles was zeer proper. Ruime woning met alles wat nodig was aanwezig. Genieten in de gezellige en ruime tuin. Het verwarmde zwembad is een echte meerwaarde. In de directe omgeving valt niet veel te beleven, maar de eigenaars bezorgden leuke tips voor uitstapjes.

"Tout pour plaire"
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour entre amis dans cette belle demeure rénovée et aménagée avec amour. Malgré la pluie, qui ne nous a laissé profiter du magnifique jardin qu'une seule journée, nous nous sommes senti très à l'aise grâce à la grande piscine, la salle de jeux et les livres/jeux de société mis à disposition. L'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires était la cerise sur le gâteau.

Nous avons été accueillis par Muriel et Olivier dans leur gîte. Nous étions en famille. Le gîte était comme sur les photos juste exceptionnel,propreté irréprochable ,confort de la literie et la piscine intérieure au top. Allez-y ,vous ne serez pas déçus!
